I have always waned to try this lens, cause of it's gentle pastel color, which I really loved.

These six different colors gives different looks to your eyes cause of their colors

Vassen Rainbow is actually quite transparent, than what I have imagined.
I also like the fact this series doesn't have thick black ring around it, which make this more natural when you are wearing them
I feel like design of this lens is really similar to EOS Ice Series.
For overall initial thought, I really like the design

Comfort, I am going to give 5/5 for this section, cause of it's thinness, lens is really breathable on your eyes even after long time of wear
Hula Effect, I will give perfect score for this section as well, because of the fact it follows my eye movements really well
Doughnut Effect, This gets 3/5. Since it is transparent color, you can see the gap between the lens itself and my eyes when there is eye movements
Color, This gets perfect score. I have read other people's comment about how this lens doesn't show up on darker eye color. However, I want to point out, you have to consider how this lens is transparent. And even that is the case, I can see the colors really well and it gives nice tint
Design, I really like the design of this lens so this gets 5/5. By using two different colors to create this flower like pattern, it draws people's attention to center of your eyes. I have to be honest, I first doubted the pattern of this lens, but it worked really well to my likings
Enlargement, Even though Rainbow Series does not have black ring around to give more enlargement to your eyes, with it's natural circle around it, my eyes appear to be really large. So I give 5/5

It does look like EOS ice series ^^ but the pastel color is really pretty. It has no ring though :( (forever love lenses with thick rims haha) but the color looks great on you ^^ thank you for the review <3
ReplyDeleteI really liked the subtle rim around it ^^ I don't like thick rims too much, cause for some reason they're really uncomfortable for me :(
