For this Halloween, I wanted to try some eerie appearance lenses for this halloween, so I tried out Sweety Holly Crystal series and Urban Layer New York series.

Holly series color scheme actually appears to be great series for the Halloween looks cause of its eerie appearance by creating glow on your eyes when you're wearing them.

Comfort, This lens is definitely made to be thinner than other color lenses I have tried.
Which felt more breathable for my eyes for my personal opinion.
It didn't cause any irritation or discomfort during the normal usage, roughly for 6-8 hours per day.
Definitely good series to try out if you are a cosplayer for the cosplay events.
Color, I loved how Sweety Holly Crystal Green Yellow appeared on my dark brown eyes.
Depending on the lighting situation, lens could appear yellow or appear mint green.
It is quite interesting how the lens could appear two different colors depends on the lighting, cause it is quite difficult to achieve it.
But this lens did it really well, which suites its name really well.
Design, This lens uses dot prints.
This creates natural appearance by blending in with users' natural eye color.
This lens also doesn't surround all the space, which allows the natural eye color to appear to create more natural appearance.
Enlargement, This lens is gearing more towards natural appearance it seems like.
Even with the signature black rims created with black dots around it, it doesn't create artificial appearance enlargement when wearing it.
Next lens we are gonna take a look at is the Urban Layer New York series in Gray color.

This lens is definitely geared towards to people with darker eye color to make your eyes to appear like the people with the lighter colored.

Comfort, This lens wasn't uncomfortable where it creates discomfort on my eyes when wearing it.
It is more with the fact that the way lens is designed is creating blurriness in my vision because of opening around pupil area is very small.
It does requires me to put more efforts to see things clearly, which could create headache for the long term wear.
Color, Color of this lens is definitely amazing.
Depending on the lighting circumstances, this lens could appear green, brown or gray because of its color mixtures.
It does make my eyes to appear very exotic.
Design, I feel like this lens could have done better in designing by creating the opening in pupil area bigger.
It uses opaque color base with variety colors of lines on it to create the exotic appearance.
It also uses dark gray color as its rim which make it blend in more naturally to your eyes.
Enlargement, Even with dark gray rim, it does create quite significant enlargement to your eyes.
This was able to achieve because of pupil area opening is lot smaller than the other color lenses I have tried it out.
